PROJECT: AK FLAP ANCHORAGE 2021(1), Far North Bicentennial Park Enhancements LOCATION: 5 miles east of Anchorage, Alaska. All project work is in the Far North Bicentennial Park along the North Gasline Trail. WORK: Construction of a pedestrian bridge and two boardwalks. Work also includes trail aggregate and turf establishment. Base Schedule Site 1 work consists of constructing a 80 feet, single span, prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge over Campbell Creek along the North Gasline Trail. Site 2 consists of constructing a 61� boardwalk along the North Gasline Trail. Option Z Site 3 consists of constructing a 51� boardwalk along the North Gasline Trail. LENGTH: 0.2 miles TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Fall 2027 CONTRACT TYPE: Sealed Bid, Firm-Fixed-Price ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $700,000 and $2,000,000 .
