Official notices control
Contracting opportunities, amendments, deadlines, eligibility requirements, attachments, representations, certifications and submission instructions must be verified on the official issuing source. If GovBidFit conflicts with an official notice or amendment, the official source controls.
No guarantee of eligibility or award
Fit scores, readiness indicators, classifications, checklists and workflow suggestions are organizational tools. They do not guarantee that a business is eligible, responsive, responsible, compliant, competitive or likely to receive an award. Users remain responsible for reviewing the full solicitation and obtaining professional advice where appropriate.
Local workspace data
The current supplier workspace is designed to store profile and bid-planning data locally in the browser. Users are responsible for maintaining any backups they need. Browser storage can be cleared by the user, browser, device management settings or other software.
Acceptable use
Do not use GovBidFit to misrepresent business qualifications, certifications, size status, past performance or eligibility. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, introduce malicious code or use the site in a way that violates applicable law.
Availability and changes
GovBidFit is under active development. Features, data sources, scoring logic and page content may change. The service may experience interruptions or be modified without prior notice.
