AMENDMENT 0002: Added Attachments for Questions and Answers, and Range Photos. No additional questions will be accepted. AMENDMENT 0001: Update to Solicitation Due Date. 1. The quoter must submit a dated quote with unit prices and extended prices in response to this solicitation. To ensure timely and equitable evaluation of quotes, quoters must comply with instructions contained herein. Quotes must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this Request for Quotes (RFQ). Quoters must clearly identify any exception to the solicitation terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. The government intends to award as a single firm-fixed price contract. 2. Quoter agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. RFQ or modification of quote received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers will be considered late and handled in accordance with RFO 52.212-1(f). Multiple offers will not be accepted under this RFQ nor will multiple awards be considered. 3. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in this acquisition. If at any time during this competition the contracting officer determines that adequate price competition no longer exists; quoter(s) may be required to submit information to the extent necessary for the contracting officer to determine the reasonableness of the price. 4. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for October 22nd, 2026, at 12:30 pm, Central Daylight Time (CDT). Offerors should be at the Maxwell Blvd Gate, Visitor's Center at Maxwell AFB, AL at 12:00 PM CDT to receive a visitor's pass. Please provide a list of all attendees and ensure they have their STAR driver's license, proof of vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration. All attendees' names will need to be submitted by October 21st, 2026, at 12:00 pm CDT. In addition to the attendee's name (as reflected on their driver's license), include title and a telephone number for each individual. Submit the requested information to A1C Jonathan Cheslo at jonathan.cheslo@us.af.mil. Offerors are encouraged to visit the site and take steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work and the general and local conditions that can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve offerors from the responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work. The Government will assume no responsibility for any understanding or representation concerning conditions made by any of its officers or agents prior to the execution of the contract, unless included in the RFQ, the specification or related documents.

What deserves attention before you spend bid time

Decision support

These screening signals are generated from the public notice fields stored for this specific opportunity. They are not eligibility findings or predictions; they are prompts for a faster, more disciplined review of the official solicitation.

Active solicitation stage

This record is in a solicitation stage, so submission instructions, evaluation factors, attachments and amendments should be reviewed before a bid/no-bid decision.

Very short response window

The stored deadline is within three days. Check earlier question, site-visit and attachment requirements immediately; the final response date may not be the first deadline that matters.

Eligibility gate recorded

Small Business Set Aside - Total is recorded as the set-aside or restriction. Confirm the bidding entity actually satisfies the applicable program and size requirements before investing proposal time.

Classification signal

NAICS 562910 · PSC Z1JZ is the recorded classification. Use it as a screening clue, then compare the actual scope and deliverables rather than treating the code alone as proof of fit.
