09/14/26 Amendment P0001: Answers Questions. See Attached Document 09/18/26: This amendment is a final clarification for eligibility requirements to compete for this Small Business Set-Aside for Pacific Floor Scrubbers and the Upright Vacuum 36C24126Q0821: Combined Synopsis. Specifically, as part of the �Solicitation� an LOA (Letter of Authorization) is required from Pacific Floor Care, during the solicitation. The LOA must be submitted with the quote to be considered eligible for competition. This amendment maintains the response due date on 09/21/26 at 11:00 AM EDT. To be considered eligible for the SBSA competition, distributors submitting quotes must meet the following criteria. Must be active in SAM. Must be verifiable as a Small Business at the SBA SBS. Must provide a Letter of Authorization from the Original Equipment Manufacturer. This is a requirement of solicitation. The LOA must be submitted with the quote. Authorization to distribute for the OEM must be validated prior to award. The OEM has provided a list of authorized distributors. To be considered eligible to complete, please provide a Letter of Authorization from the OEM, Pacific Floor Care with your quote. The product is exclusive and proprietary to the OEM Pacific Floor care. If a LOA from Pacific Floor Care is not provided with the quote, a quote cannot be considered as eligible for the competition. None of the criteria above have changed.
