The Department of the Air Force (DAF) is issuing this presolicitation notice for annual flow testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair services for MSA Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) equipment in support of the 436th Civil Engineer Squadron at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. The requirement includes annual SCBA flow testing, inspection, maintenance, and repair services to ensure MSA SCBA equipment remains operational and is maintained in accordance with applicable manufacturer requirements, NFPA requirements, and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Personnel performing the required services shall possess the applicable MSA C.A.R.E. certification/qualification for MSA G1 SCBA equipment. This acquisition is anticipated to be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, and PSC J042, Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment � Fire Fighting, Rescue, and Safety Equipment. Pursuant to RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), the Government plans to utilize simplified commercial procedures by publicizing this notice, orally soliciting quotations directly from interested suppliers to maximize efficiency. The anticipated award date is October 30, 2026. Qualified vendors are requested to email the Points of Contact (POCs). All responsible sources may submit a response expressing interest in the requirement, which will be considered by the Government. Responses should include the company name, UEI, CAGE Code, point of contact information, small business status, and sufficient information demonstrating the company's capability to perform the requirement, including applicable MSA C.A.R.E./G1 certifications or qualifications. Notice to Interested Parties: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No contract award will be made until funds become available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice at any time prior to award. The Government has no obligation to reimburse interested parties for costs incurred in responding to this notice.
