Amendment to provide Issuance of Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) Survey � Building 801 Purpose: This amendment issues the Asbestos?Containing Materials (ACM) Survey for the spaces included in the scope of work. This survey is being provided solely to assist Offerors in understanding existing site conditions and planning their abatement activities. 1. ACM Survey Added to Solicitation The Government hereby provides the ACM Survey dated March 2026 for the following rooms in Building 801, Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center � Downtown Division: 6B?102 6B?103 6B?104 5B?102 5B?103 The attachment is incorporated into the solicitation for information only. Offerors remain responsible for compliance with: All applicable OSHA, EPA, and State abatement regulations All VA specifications and construction requirements Verification of quantities and conditions in accordance with FAR 52.236?3 Site Investigation 2. Changes to Solicitation No changes are made to the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, drawings, period of performance, or submission requirements. Offerors must still: Conduct their own assessment as required under FAR 52.236?3 Perform all abatement required by the SOW and specifications Include all labor, materials, equipment, and disposal necessary to complete abatement Price the work on a firm?fixed?price basis The ACM Survey does not modify the requirement, scope, or quantities. It is provided only as Government?furnished information. 3. Due Date Reminder The quote due date remains unchanged unless otherwise stated in this amendment. 4. Acknowledgment Required Offerors must acknowledge this amendment and include the signed copy with their quotation. See attached document: ACM Survey March 2026 Rooms 6B 102, 6B 103, 6B 104, 5B 102, 5B 103.
