Requirement Description: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base, California, has a requirement for a brand-name Keysight FieldFox N9912C handheld RF analyzer and related accessories in support of Bomber Platform flightline and temporary duty (TDY) operations. The Government intends to award a single, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. 2. Brand-Name Restriction: This requirement is limited to the Keysight FieldFox N9912C handheld RF analyzer and related accessories identified in the solicitation. No alternative brands or �or equal� items will be considered. The required analyzer must support cable and antenna analysis, vector network analysis, and spectrum analysis in a single handheld unit; support real-time 40 MHz bandwidth up to 10 GHz; meet ruggedized field-use requirements; and maintain compatibility with existing Keysight and aftermarket accessories used to support the mission. Delivery Information: Delivery is required within 13 weeks after receipt of order (ARO). Ship to: Edwards Airforce Base. 6. Evaluation and Award: Award will be made to the responsible SDVOSB quoter whose quotation is determined technically acceptable, conforms to the brand-name Keysight requirement and solicitation terms, Delivery Schedule and offers the lowest evaluated price.
