Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0107 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Building 20 Atrium Leak Mitigation IAW Attachment 1 - Statement of Work: The intent of this project is to complete inspection and testing of the Building 20 atrium system and provide a report summarizing the source of water leaks that includes photos to document the condition atrium system with recommended repairs that have a cost estimate based on the year of the inspection. The report shall be in order by location and by the urgency of the repair in a prioritized manner. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238160 � Roofing Contractors The small business size standard is $19M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
