AMENDMENT 001 ISSUED 18 September 2026 to include Map of Building 3538 and Bulding 36. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR 12.201-1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) N5523626Q0123 is issued as a total small business set-aside. The subject solicitation is being processed using RFO FAR Part 12. Any quote from a large business is ineligible for award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337214, Office Furniture (Except Wood) Manufacturing. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 (Effective 02 July 2026) and DFARS Publication Notice 20260702. DESCRIPTION: This requirement is to move and assemble 21 disassembled workstations located on the 1st floor of Building 3538 and reassemble the 21 workstations on the 2nd floor. 20 workstations shall be installed as horseshoe shaped with four (4) workstations per horseshoe and one (1) workstation will be a l-shaped and placed near the private offices. The vendor will disassemble one (1) laminate wood u-desk, wardrobe and a file cabinet located in Building 36 Room 102 and move to Building 3538 2nd floor and reassemble in one of the private offices. Building 3538 is located near Pier 13. Additionally, 22 task chairs will need to be moved from Building 3538 1st floor to 2nd floor. See the attached Statement of Work for full specifications. Quotes shall be able to meet the Period of Performance (30 September 2026 � 02 October 2026). Note: There is no elevator access. Workstations will need to be carried upstairs. The Government will also consider the extent of the offeror's ability to perform previous contracts successfully. In accordance with DFARS provision 252.204-7024, Notice to Prospective Suppliers on Use of Supplier Performance Risk System in Past Performance Evaluations is hereby incorporated by reference. (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer�s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
