Amendment 01- 09/17/2026- The purpose of this amendment is to post the answers to questions received, provide clarifying updated solicitation language, and provide the 1449 attachment Due to system limitations, a new 1449 was generated and references 70Z02326QNAV00001. For purposes of this solicitation, The SAM reference of 70Z02326QNAV00002 can still be referenced, however, the 1449 references an alternate identifier but this does not affect any salient information. Both apply during this solicitation phase.
