This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Offeror agrees to hold the price in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified on the Quote. 3. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses from Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAC 2026-01; and supplemental Regulations from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), DFARS Change 05/07/2026. 4. This requirement is being solicited as outlined below: -Solicitation Number: HT00240012484251 -100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and a -FAR 52.211-6 (Brand Name or Equal) -NAICS code 339112 � Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing (Size Standard: 1000 Employees) -PSC Code: 6515 5. Salient physical, functional and performance characteristics must match for the Iridex PASCAL Synthesis 532nm Photocoagulator Laser System (Laser Wavelength and Output, single-spot and pattern-scanning photocoagulation, integrated SLIT Lamp, micro-pulses, Glaucoma treatment etc). Quotations that intend to offer �Or Equal To� products must provide technical specifications for evaluation before acceptance. Required accessories, shipping and installation costs must be included in total price if applicable. 7. Offers are due 24 September 2026, by 1000 EST.
