The proposal due date remains unchanged. 3. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning one (1) copy of this SF30 with their proposal submission. //NOTHING FOLLOWS// Project: Construction of New Administration Building and Maintenance Garage in Massena, NY. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% Total Small Business Set-aside. NAICS Code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard -$45,000,000.00.
