Competitive Request for Quotations (RFQ) 140G0126Q0284 will be issued on or about 9/9/2026 with written quotes due on or about 9/22/2026. The NAICS code is 237990 - Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The size standard is $45 million. In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), all responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
