The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide all kitchen equipment as defined in the Statement of Work (SoW) and salient characteristics. Final Invoices will not be accepted until ALL Equipment and Installation is fully completed. NEW EQUIPMENT ONLY. No used or remanufactured products will be accepted. PARTIAL QUOTES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
