This requirement encompasses the commercial procurement, delivery, physical installation, and system-wide integration of upgraded Audio-Visual (AV) systems across Kapaun Chapel and St. Mary's Chapel at Fort Riley, Kansas. The scope of work requires furnishing and integrating two (2) brand-name Yamaha TF1 digital audio mixing consolesspecifically one (1) console for Kapaun Chapel and one (1) console for St. Mary's Chapelalong with one (1) companion Yamaha Tio1608-D/D2 Dante digital stage box at Kapaun Chapel under mandatory brand-name standardization, alongside commercial 'or equal' power amplifiers, digital wireless microphone systems, and existing sanctuary acoustic infrastructure, including the full integration of existing pianos at both chapels and two choir microphones at St. Mary's Chapel. In Kapaun Chapel, the contractor shall install a high-output solid-state laser projection system delivering a minimum of 9,000 ANSI lumens at native WUXGA (1920x1200) resolution with an operational lifespan of at least 20,000 maintenance-free hours, supported by Category-cable HDBaseT signal extension transmitting uncompressed 4K UHD video up to 330 feet (100 meters), a motorized tab-tensioned projection screen (minimum 126-inch height by 168-inch width viewable area) engineered to fit within the existing overhead finished wood valance, and a locking rolltop AV operator desk custom-matched to the existing footprint, natural wood finish, and platform location. At St. Mary's Chapel, the contractor shall install a simplified wall-mount control panel for non-technical user operation and pull new plenum-rated speaker wiring where required. Ancillary services include the safe de-installation and on-site staging of one government-owned Yamaha TF3 mixing console at St. Mary's Chapel for Government retention, the de-installation and disposal of obsolete peripheral playback equipment, and the routing of new plenum-rated, structured, and labeled cabling through existing conduits. Final contract closeout requires professional acoustic and video calibration, delivery of comprehensive as-built single-line schematics, complete handover of all uncompiled editable control programming files, configuration files, and administrative passwords to prevent proprietary lock-in, and a minimum of four hours of on-site operational user training for government personnel.
