***Amendment 0001**** Amendment 0001 provides resposnes to questions received in response to the solicitation. Q.1. I am reviewing Notice ID 1333ND26QNB640601 and would appreciate some clarification regarding the analytical requirements. Would you be able to share the analytes of interest, the required detection limits, and the expected concentration ranges for the system? A.1. This analyzer will be used for the analysis of binary gas mixtures in nitrogen or air balance gases. The analyses performed will include a wide range of gaseous standard reference materials including: 1 ppm methane in air and 250 ppm carbon monoxide in nitrogen, both analyzed using the flame ionization detector with methanation, and 0.5 % carbon dioxide in nitrogen analyzed using the thermal conductivity detector. This analyzer will also be used for analyses of ambient level CO in air mixtures, ranging from (40 200) ppb. Q.2. What types of samples will be tested? A.2. This analyzer will be used for analyses of high pressure gas mixtures in nitrogen or air balance gases. Q.3. What specific substances or compounds need to be detected or analyzed in these samples? If available, please also share any specific testing standards or requirements. With this information, we can better understand your application and recommend a suitable instrument configuration and quotation accordingly. A.3. As stated above, this analyzer will be used for the analysis of high pressure gas mixtures delivered at or below 25 psig. For improved precision, temperature ramping and stable detector response are required to achieve baseline resolution between components in air balance gas. In all cases the repeatability should be at or below 0.2 % relative area counts. Q.4. Regarding your software requirements, you cite Visual Basic Version 6.0. Would that software be able to generate an XML file to communicate with our software (CompassCDS)? A.4. The visual basic software was developed to support communication between the GC software and a 12-port dead-end VICI sampling valve. The software can retrieve data from a txt file generated by the GC software and output the data to excel. There is not an extension to the solicitation as a result of this amendment. The question period for this soliciation will close today, September 17,2026, at 4:00 PM ET. End of Amendment 0001 ******** See attached.
