Opportunity description

Stored from SAM.gov public data

The 147th Mission Support Group (147 MSG) has an urgent, mission-essential requirement for a temporary, rental HVAC chiller system due to the total failure and inoperability of the existing facility unit. While the installations long-term plan is a permanent repair by replacement project, the affected facility must remain open and operational without interruption for mission continuity. This temporary commercial rental will serve as a critical bridge to maintain day-to-day operations while the permanent replacement procurement is processed through proper procurement channels. To be eligible for evaluation and consideration for agreement establishment, offerors must strictly adhere to the submission instructions detailed below. Failure to submit a complete, conforming offer in accordance with these instructions will result in the offer being determined non-conforming and excluded from further competition.

These screening signals are generated from the public notice fields stored for this specific opportunity. They are not eligibility findings or predictions; they are prompts for a faster, more disciplined review of the official solicitation.

Active solicitation stage

This record is in a solicitation stage, so submission instructions, evaluation factors, attachments and amendments should be reviewed before a bid/no-bid decision.

Very short response window

The stored deadline is within three days. Check earlier question, site-visit and attachment requirements immediately; the final response date may not be the first deadline that matters.

Eligibility gate recorded

Small Business Set Aside - Total is recorded as the set-aside or restriction. Confirm the bidding entity actually satisfies the applicable program and size requirements before investing proposal time.

Classification signal

NAICS 532490 · PSC W041 is the recorded classification. Use it as a screening clue, then compare the actual scope and deliverables rather than treating the code alone as proof of fit.

Source and trust

GovBidFit is independent and is not a U.S. government website. GovBidFit stores a structured mirror of SAM.gov public opportunity data in its own database and keeps the compact snapshot as a fallback. The official SAM.gov notice remains the controlling source.
