This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA448426Q0017 and is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238220 � Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. Description of Requirement: The requirement is for Kitchen Exhaust Hood Maintenance to perform annual, semi-annual, quarterly preventative maintenance and certifications on commercial kitchen exhaust systems to include the plenum water wash fire protection systems. The contractor shall ensure all exhaust systems are certified in accordance with government regulations following the preventative maintenance and repair process. Additional details can be found in �Attachment 1 - PWS Kitchen Exhaust Revised REV 2_25 Aug 2026� Mission Essential Services: This requirement has been deemed mission essential and will require submittal of a Mission Essential Service plan detailing how services will still be performed IAW �Attachment 13 - Mission-Essential Contractor Services KEHM_ 25 Aug 2026� Period of Performance: 1 Base and 4 Options Years w/6-month extension option 1 December 2026 � 31 May 2032. Base Year: 1 December 2026 � 30 November 2027 Option Year 1: 1 December 2027 � 30 November 2028 Option Year 2: 1 December 2028 � 30 November 2029 Option Year 3: 1 December 2029 � 30 November 2030 Option Year 4: 1 December 2030 � 30 November 2031 6 Month Extension: 1 December 2031 � 31 May 2032 Performance Location: Multiple Locations on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, 08641 Set Aside: This is a total set-aside for section (8a) small business concerns under NAICS 238220. Only offers submitted by section 8(a) small business concerns will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a section 8(a) small business concern will not be considered for award. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Submitting an Offer: Offer Pricing will be submitted on a separate pricing sheet; failure to submit an offer for all CLINS will render the quote unacceptable and ineligible for award consideration in the absence of discussions. Please submit offers to this RFQ by emailing the response to Contracting Officer SSgt Alexander Kouba at the e-mail: alexander.kouba@us.af.mil and Contract Specialist SSgt Noah. Horn at the e-mail: noah.horn.1@us.af.mil. Offer Due Date: All offers are due no later than 12:00pm EST, 13 October 2026. AMENDMENT 0002 Solicitation has been amended to extend the quote due date to 13 October 2026. No other changes to the solicitation have occured. A question was submitted regarding pricing for CLIN 0005 - Repairs and for CLIN 0006 - Mission Essential Services. CLIN 0005 will not be priced by the contractor as a NTE amount will be set by the government for that CLIN. Do not price this CLIN as it will be set at contract award. CLIN 0006 is for Mission Essential Services on a 365 day basis. This price should be for additional costs associated with implementing and executing the submitted Mission Essential Plan. This is supplemental to the normal cleanings that need performed and should cover the submitted Plans execution. This information should be carried across all option years for these CLINs. AMENDMENT 0001 Solicitation has been amended to extend the quote due date to 30 September 2026. No other changes to the solicitation have occured.
