THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $25,000,000 AND $100,000,000. THE WORK CONSISTS OF CONSTRUCTION ACCESS TO THE WORK SITE, DEMOLITION, CLEARING AND GRUBBING, EXCAVATION AND PLACING EMBANKMENT, PLACING GEOTEXTILE, PLACING STONE, TURF ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFO 22.502-2(d), AN EXCEPTION HAS BEEN GRANTED FOR THE USE OF A PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT AS REQUIRED UNDER RFO 22.502-1.
