The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Procurement Section is issuing this urgent Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring the rental of a Light Towers supporting the operations with disaster declaration 4910-MP. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 70FBR926Q00000037 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) for the rental of Light Towers in support the operations within DR4910-MP. This acquisition is a small business local area set-aside for vendors residing in or primary doing business in the declared disaster area of the Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands. FEMA intends to enter into a firm-fixed-price purchase order contract. Award will be made to the responsible offeror submitting a technically acceptable quotation with the lowest evaluated price, in accordance with the evaluation factors stated in this solicitation under Section M. FEMA requests offerors' most competitive pricing for the services outlined in this solicitation. Offerors may include any applicable discounts or added value that their organization is able to provide. The contract period of performance is 30 days, with (2) 30-day option periods, if exercised. The quotation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Demetria Carter at demetria.carter@fema.dhs.gov and cc: jacob.triplett@fema.dhs.gov no later than 12:00 pm ChST, September 22, 2026.
