JBSA requires the complete, damage-free removal and long-term secure preservation of dormitory appliances from Buildings 1469, 1475, and 1479 prior to scheduled structural and interior facility renovations and abatement/demolition timelines. Due to phased renovation schedules across the installation, stored assets will be recalled and reinstalled incrementally over a three-year storage window. Multi-contractor activity will occur concurrently across these facilities, requiring precise coordination, strict operational security, and rigorous adherence to the milestone schedule. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, logistics, materials, transportation, and climate-controlled storage facilities necessary to disassemble, clean, inventory, transport, store, and return/reinstall approximately 3,713 government-owned dormitory appliances located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) � Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The Contractor shall accomplish all requirements in accordance with commercial standards, base operating procedures, and the measurable thresholds defined herein. See PWS for requirement specifics.
