9/18/2026 UPDATE: Amendment 0002 Amendment 0002 is issued to clarify the acquisition status in Block 10 of the SF 1449. RFQ 75D301-26-Q-79246 is UNRESTRICTED and is not an 8(a) set-aside. Amendment 0002 does not revise the technical requirements or Attachment 2 � Minimum Requirements Compliance Checklist issued under Amendment 0001. Quoters shall continue to use the revised Attachment 2 issued with Amendment 0001 when submitting quotations. The quotation due date remains September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET. All other terms and conditions of the RFQ, as previously amended, remain unchanged. 9/17/2026 UPDATE: Amendment 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide the Government's responses to questions received and revise/clarify certain requirements of the RFQ. Amendment 0001 includes, among other changes: Revised requirements for a backpack-mounted mobile SLAM LiDAR system; Addition of a maximum scanner/head weight requirement of less than 3 pounds; Clarification of offline field data collection and core processing requirements; Clarification regarding acceptable point-cloud/data export formats; Clarification of training requirements and other questions received from industry; Updated Minimum Requirements Compliance Checklist (Attachment 2); and Government Questions and Answers. The quotation due date is extended to September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET). Quoters shall review Amendment 0001, the revised Attachment 2, and the Government Questions and Answers in their entirety before submitting a quotation. Quoters that previously submitted a quotation: Because Amendment 0001 revises the solicitation requirements, quoters that submitted quotations prior to issuance of Amendment 0001 shall review the amended requirements and either: Submit a revised quotation that addresses Amendment 0001 and includes the revised Attachment 2; or Submit written confirmation that the previously submitted quotation remains unchanged and complies with all requirements of Amendment 0001, together with a completed revised Attachment 2. Revised quotations or confirmations shall be submitted to ah78@cdc.gov no later than September 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET. All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged except as expressly revised by Amendment 0001. ______________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for two complete mobile SLAM LiDAR scanning systems in accordance with the attached RFQ. Quoters shall review the RFQ and attachments for the complete requirements, quotation instructions, and evaluation criteria. Questions are due September 15, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET. Quotations are due September 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET.
