Naval Service Training Command NSTC CD requires 2500 each of 12 inch Brushed Aluminum Arms Parallel Rule so that their more than 600 Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps Navy National Defense Cadet Corps NJROTC/NNDCC units needs can be met. Weems and Plath will sell to third-party vendors for resale. The government is also requesting 3,500 copies of the ASVAB Study Guide Premium ISBN 9781506283647 and 1,200 copies of the Digital SAT Study Guide Premium ISBN 9781506297637.Weems and Plath is the manufacturers of the 12inch Brushed Aluminum Arms Parallel Rule, they sell to resellers. This instrument is used in the Naval Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps JROTC navigation sections of the Naval Science courses. This instrument was previously adopted for use by the Naval Service Training Command NSTC Citizen Development CD Curriculum Manager and the Curriculum Advisory Board to use per navigation lessons in the Naval Science courses. This instrument must be purchased for use in the NJROTC Navy National Defense Cadet Corps NNDCC classrooms. No other instrument can be substituted. It is the best value to the Navy to continue to use this instrument. There is only one responsible manufacturer and other instruments will not satisfy current agency requirements. Weems and Plath will sell to third-party vendors for resale.
