This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. NSN: 1680-016736255, PARTS KIT,ELECTRO-M, Approved Source: Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing, Inc. (CAGE 45934), P/N CA64525-002, Quantity: 74 FOB at Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. This is a Critical Part item. Delivery: 548 days After Receipt of Order (ARO) to the designated location. This solicitation is unrestricted utilizing other than full and open competition. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract for a quantity of 74 each. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM�s Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The solicitation will not be posted in DIBBS; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 09/23/2026. The closing date will be on or about 10/08/2026. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $750,000 a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $2,000,000, certified cost and pricing data and a subcontracting plan will be required with the offer. To receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at DIBBS RFP/IFB/Other RFQs Search Page (dla.mil) on the issue date cited. If time does not permit evaluation of SAR packages, the alternate offer will not be reviewed for this procurement but, if approved, will be considered for future procurements. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
