Components of the IDS system are manufactured by different companies and integrated into a single system. 24/7 maintenance of the IDS system requires a source that has the depth, the right technical skills, experience, certifications and logistics supply chain to efficiently service and provide the appropriate replacement parts. A company has to be an authorized DAQ certifier and provide a NICET IV Fire Alarm engineer on staff to support onsite personnel. *See all attachments for complete details.
