The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This will be sole source to Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company; CAGE Code: 54181. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Government wide Point of Entry (GPE) <https://www.sam.gov>, on approximately October 08, 2026. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contract the firm listed. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
