1. Project Overview The contractor shall provide Perfusionist/Autotransfusion Services equivalent to those provided in a state of the art civilian cardiovascular center and meeting the standards of the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion. Place of Performance: On site at Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center, San Antonio, TX. NAICS: 621399 Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners. Size Standard: $10M. PSC: Q502 Cardiology. Anticipated Period of Performance: Base year + four (4) one year options (aligned with previous STX perfusionist procurement timelines). 3. Capability Statement Provide a tailored capability description demonstrating your ability to deliver Perfusionist and Autotransfusion services according to the PWS. Include: Experience providing perfusionist coverage in VA or civilian heart centers. Ability to meet Joint Commission standards and national perfusion performance criteria. B.
