The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Redstone Services & IT Solution Branch has a requirement to procure one (1) reach-in environmental test chamber including startup, training, annual preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs. This solicitation, PANRSA-26-P-0000 037084, is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business Set Aside RFQ INSTRUCTIONS AND EVALUATION CRITERIA: In accordance with the REQUIREMENTS below, a submission of a FFP quote for the item(s) listed is hereby requested. The U.S. Government (USG) reserves the right to make award based on initial quotes received, without discussions with vendors; therefore, the initial quote should contain the vendor's best terms. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall supply the Government with quantity one (1) air-cooled reach-in environmental test chamber capable of exposing test loads to cycles of temperature and humidity conditions. The chamber shall meet or exceed all salient characteristics, and it shall include required supporting documentation and a warranty, as described in detail in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Also included in this requirement are four (4) bid options for annual on-site preventative maintenance, checks, services, and calibration. Base 30 Sep 2026 thorugh 29 Sep 2027 Option 1 30 Sep 2028 through 29 Sep 2029 Option 2 30 Sep 2029 through 29 Sep 2030 Option 3 30 Sep 2030 through 29 Sep 2031 Option 4 30 Sep 2031 through 29 Sep 2032 See the attached Performance Work Statement for additional requirements. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Delivery Location/Address: , Building 2, Bay 5, 11 Hap Arnold Boulevard, Tobyhanna, PA, 18466-5097 ------------------------------------------------------------------------- A complete quote shall consist of the following: 1.All items specified in the REQUIREMENTS section as well as the quantitiesspecified; 2.Delivery terms and conditions; 3.Unit price and subtotal price for each item listed in the REQUIREMENTS section anda total price for all items; 4.Identification of any discounts and/or reductions to established rates or prices; 5.Full company name; 6.Business size; 7.Socio-economic status, if applicable; 8.Point of Contacts (POCs): name, position, office and mobile telephone numbers, and email address;9.Cage Code;11. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI); ------------------------------------------------------------------------- The response date for this RFQ is September 22, 2026 at 9:30am CDT. Any quotes received after the required submission date and time will be rejected without further review. No phone calls will be accepted. Questions may be submitted, but any submitted after the said date and time listed on this RFQ posting are not guaranteed an answer. It is the vendor�s responsibility to read the RFQ and all related documents carefully and completely and to monitor any updates to the RFQ on a regular basis. Additionally, it is the vendor�s responsibility to ensure/verify the Government receives its submission on or before the date/time specified. BASIS OF AWARD: Award will be made based on best value, evaluating technical capability and price. Technically capability means a quote which provides all required specifications detailed in the Product Description as well as demonstrating capability to fulfill the requirement.
