This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. Site visit is not required, but encouraged. In order to attend the site visit you MUST submit your pass request (see attachments) no later than 9 September at 1100 PST. Product / Service Code: Z2LZ NAICS 238990 Business Size Standard $19,000,000.00 Project Magnitude: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Equitable Adjustments will be made in accordance with DFAR 252.243-7002, please note, any equitable adjustments submitted are not considered acceptable unless agreed to in writing by the contracting officer and included in a modification. Upon submission of a request for equitable adjustment, the Government attempts to finalize within 30 to 60 days upon receipt of an adequate definitization change order proposal.
