Site visit is not required, but encouraged. In order to attend the site visit you MUST submit your pass request (see attachments) no later than 9 September at 1100 PST. Upon submission of a request for equitable adjustment, the Government attempts to finalize within 30 to 60 days upon receipt of an adequate definitization change order proposal.
