RFQ will close on September 22, 2026 at 1PM ET. Any questions must be submitted by Friday, September 18, 2026, 1PM. Limit questions no more than 1-3. See the RFQ with the Statement of Work. Quotes must include Technical proposal, Past Perofrmance one example and the price explanation and must complete the Attachment - Pricing sheet (both tabs). Amendment one is to include Site visit scheduled on Monday, September 21, 2026 at 10:30am EDT, at 300 Steamboat Road, Kings Point, NY 11024. Please email your attendees names by today, 9/18/2026 before 2:30pm EDT to NarineA@usmma.edu; QuinnM@USMMA.edu; cc durba.ray@dot.gov. Be at the site visit timely and contact Mr. Mathew Quinn and Mr. Amit Narine at the phone number provided in the Amendmnet one. Additional pictures provided with amendment for this requirement.
