Dear Sir/Madam, Enclosed is Request for Quote 70Z03026CCLEV0117 for the above-referenced project. Your Quote is due on September 29, 2026. This is a Time-sensitive urgent request. Please read complete RFQ Package. The quote shall be accompanied by a complete breakdown of all costs associated with the quote amount. This shall include all labor categories, labor hours, materials and quantity costs, subcontractors, equipment, overhead and profit. A copy of all quotes by all subcontractors shall also be forwarded. In order to expedite the review of your quote, you may email your quote and breakdown directly to Tim Arnold at timothy.g.arnold@uscg.mil. If you have any questions, please email them to the attention of Timothy G. Arnold utilizing the Request for Information Form, which is an attachment to this solicitation. The estimated range of this procurement is between $25K and $100K. Site visits are highly encouraged and recommended, should quoted amounts exceed the government estimate by more than 30 percent the RFQ will risk possible cancellation. Reference Specifications of Work dated September 2026. Pre-Bid Site Visit: Pre-Bid site visits will be scheduled by the Owner as instructed below:.
