All quoted prices shall be identified by Monthly Recurring Charge (MRC), Non-Recurring Charge (NRC), and any tiered pricing for additional service months, as applicable. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process will be used for evaluation purposes.
