This solicitation notice is to document that solicitation N6449826Q5273 was issued to Rockwell Automation, Inc. on 22 September 2026. The Department of the Navy, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD). Intends to negotiate and award a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) Order under BOA N6449824G4001 to Rockwell Automation Inc., 1 Allen Bradley Drive, Cleveland, OH 44124 (Rockwell) for the procurement of LPD New Construction materials. The Government intends to make an award in the 1st quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. This is part of a follow-on procurement for this requirement. Pursuant to 10.U.S.C 2304(c)(l), Rockwell Automatic, Inc. is the only responsible source of capable of fulfilling the Navy's requirements for the specified materials. The proposed BOA Order award is for supplies for which the Government intended to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties, however, may identify their interest and capability by responding to the notice. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. Information received will normally be considered soley for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is soley within the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be made in writing by email to the attention of Kimesha Speller via email at Kimesha.l.Speller.civ@us.navy.mil by 5:00 PM Eastern on 09 October 2026.
