Please insert pricing on Page 3 along with net amount & delivery times 4. Please complete information in all �Fill-in� provisions and clauses, especially: a. DFARS 252.209-7999 b. FAR 52.209-11 c. FAR 52.212-3 5. Please provide a written statement to explain how your company is going to meet the technical evaluation criteria listed in FAR Clause 52.212-2.
