The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) is issuing this pre-solicitation notice to inform industry of an upcoming requirement for UH-60 Phase Maintenance Platforms. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with the procedures outlined in RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). Please be advised that this notice is published solely to inform industry of the Government�s intent to solicit quotations directly from at least three small business manufacturers or authorized dealers of maintenance platforms whose primary business is the sale of Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing. The Government does not intend to post a formal solicitation notice on SAM.gov. In accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2), for acquisitions at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), the Contracting Officer is electing to solicit quotations directly from suppliers. By posting this pre-solicitation notice, the Government is fulfilling the requirement to post a pre-solicitation notice in the GPE according to subpart 5.1. Product Description The Missouri Army National Guard has a requirement for two (2) each UH-60 Phase Maintenance Work Platforms with associated stair cases providing technicians fall protection. Solicitation & Award Timeline The Missouri National Guard intends to use simplified procedures to solicit offers and make an award to the offeror that represents the best value to the Government. The anticipated award date is 18 September 2026.
