EXHIBIT B dated 08/04/2026, is hereby deleted from the RLP package and replaced with RLP Amendment number 2 EXHIBIT B. GSA Form 1217, Lessor's Annual Cost Statement, omitted in error from the original 05/26/2026 SAM GPE attachments is hereby attached for offeror download and use in preparation of its proposal response. Submission Deadeline RLP amendment no. 2 and RLP amendment no. 2 EXHIBIT B should be downloaded, initialed, signed and returned to the USDA contracting officer or designee by not later than 4:30 PM Eastern, Monday, October 5, 2026. The RLP includes all leasing requirements and specifications. Offer Submission Deadline All offers must be submitted no later than the due date and time specified in the RLP. Offers received after that deadline will be considered late and may be rejected under FAR 15.208(a)�(b), which mandates submission by the specified time and generally excludes late proposals unless limited exceptions apply.
