Opportunity description

Stored from SAM.gov public data

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotes for Shure ANX4 Incremental Channel Expansion Licenses and UniFi Indoor Cat6A CMP cable for FEMA Region VI Federal Regional Center and the Texas Room located in the Russell Newman Building. This is an open market RFQ under NAICS 541519, Other Computer Related Services, Information Technology Value Added Resellers, with a size standard of 150 employees. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. All licenses must be valid OEM or publisher-authorized entitlements. All cable supplies must be new, genuine OEM products. All quoted items must be TAA compliant, as applicable. The range of affordability is $47,000.00. This amount is for affordability purposes only and is not a ceiling or floor. Quoters shall provide an itemized quote for each CLIN, including product description, manufacturer, part number, quantity, unit price, extended price, and warranty or license support information. Questions must be emailed to Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov by 12:00 PM CT on September 16, 2026. Quoters must reference RFQ 70FBR626Q00000041 in all correspondence. Phone calls will not be accepted. Quotes must be emailed to Destiny.Dyson@fema.dhs.gov by 1:00 PM CT on September 22, 2026. Late quotes may not be considered. Delivery shall occur within 65 calendar days after receipt of order. Invoices may be submitted only after all required items and license/support information have been delivered and accepted by the Government. The nonmanufacturer rule is not separately stated in the RFQ. The Government confirms that the nonmanufacturer rule does not apply to this acquisition because the RFQ is at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. All other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged, including the requirements for new, genuine OEM products and valid publisher-authorized license entitlements, authorized reseller or distributor documentation, delivery, warranty/support, and all applicable RFQ requirements. A non-TAA country of origin, by itself, will not make a CLIN technically unacceptable, provided the quoted item otherwise meets all RFQ requirements, including requirements for new, genuine, authorized, non-counterfeit, non-gray-market products and valid license entitlements. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Source and trust
