Vinyl Technology, LLC is the only source that has been successfully qualified to construct the prototype for the Anti-Gravity Suit (ATAGS). Persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quote(s). The approximate Request for Proposal (RFP) issue date is 10 November 2026, with a response date of 30 days later. Foreign participation is not permitted. In accordance with FAR 5.2079(c)(16)(i) All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
