Opportunity description

Stored from SAM.gov public data

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in conjunction with its marketplace manager, The Applied Research Institute (ARI), is initiating a long-term, open call for new and novel technology solutions to support DARPA in advancing research, development, prototyping, experimentation, and adoption of disruptive, DARPA-relevant research and technology solutions. Specifically, DARPA seeks to obtain solutions or capabilities that deliver breakthrough technological advancements that are new as of the date of submission; or technologies, processes, research or methods that represent a new application as of the date of submission. This initiative, entitled the Expedited Research Implementation Series will solicit, collect, assess, and curate the most disruptive, revolutionary solutions, and make those solutions available through rapid acquisition pathways. ERIS is a digital environment of post-competition video pitches. The video solutions housed within the marketplace have been assessed through competitive procedures that exceed the competition requirements of 10 USC 4021, 10 USC 4022 and 10 USC 4023 and thus are readily available to be viewed, selected, negotiated, and awarded by DoD activities via the appropriate Other Transaction Authority. ERIS provides a venue for Government organizations to search, view, review, compare, contrast, contact, negotiate, and procure breakthrough technologies and capabilities through rapid acquisition pathways. For industry, academia, and individual developers, ERIS is a valuable tool to promote revolutionary technologies, capabilities, and research to DARPA in an environment with a rapid acquisition, Other Transaction based, pathway. - R10: Removed Topic Area "Detecting and tracking elusive targets across air, land, and space domains." Additional clarification provided in yellow highlights.

GOVBIDFIT SCREENING LENS

What deserves attention before you spend bid time

Decision support

These screening signals are generated from the public notice fields stored for this specific opportunity. They are not eligibility findings or predictions; they are prompts for a faster, more disciplined review of the official solicitation.

Active solicitation stage

This record is in a solicitation stage, so submission instructions, evaluation factors, attachments and amendments should be reviewed before a bid/no-bid decision.

Planning window available

The stored response date leaves more than ten days, but amendments and pre-response milestones can shorten the usable preparation window.

No socioeconomic restriction recorded

The current feed does not show a program-specific set-aside restriction. That does not remove other eligibility, responsibility, registration or solicitation-specific requirements.

Classification signal

NAICS 541715 · PSC AC15 is the recorded classification. Use it as a screening clue, then compare the actual scope and deliverables rather than treating the code alone as proof of fit.

Before deciding to bid

Read the complete official description and scope. Verify the exact response date, time and time zone on SAM.gov. Confirm NAICS/PSC and every set-aside eligibility requirement. Review attachments, amendments, Q&A and submission instructions. Check place of performance, staffing, insurance, bonding and execution requirements.
Source and trust

GovBidFit is independent and is not a U.S. government website. GovBidFit stores a structured mirror of SAM.gov public opportunity data in its own database and keeps the compact snapshot as a fallback. The official SAM.gov notice remains the controlling source. The official SAM.gov notice controls if anything here differs from the source or a later amendment.
